Privacy Policy

Darzivo is developed by NexlyTech ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, where it lives, and the choices you have. It applies to the Darzivo mobile application published on Google Play under application ID dev.nexlytech.darzivo.

• Your customers, measurements, orders, payments, and ledger stay on your device.
• Daily shop work runs fully offline. No Darzivo account or sign-up is required.
• Backups are saved to a private app folder in your own Google Drive, never to our servers.
• Darzivo has no app server, advertising, analytics, or crash reporting.
• Records leave the app only when you back up, share, or send a message yourself.

Darzivo stores the following in the app's private storage:

• Customer names, phone numbers, and other contact details you enter
• Measurement versions, garment types, and measurement templates
• Orders, fitting and delivery dates, prices, notes, and production status
• Customer payments, business income and expenses, and ledger entries
• Preferences, language, backup status, and the email of your connected Google Drive account

Darzivo does not operate a backend or hosted database. All daily operations work without an internet connection.

During setup you connect your Google Drive so Darzivo can protect your records. Connecting Drive is not a Darzivo account. Darzivo requests only the drive.appdata permission, which lets it read and write its own hidden app folder. It cannot see or change any other file in your Drive.

• What is backed up — a copy of your shop database with a manifest and checksum used to verify the backup before it is restored.
• Where it goes — directly from your device to Google Drive. NexlyTech never receives a copy.
• Encryption — backups are protected by your Google account and Google's encryption in transit and at rest. Darzivo does not add its own end-to-end encryption, so keep your Google account secure.
• Restore — when you choose to restore, Darzivo downloads the selected backup from your Drive and replaces the records on your device.

Google processes the backup under its own terms and privacy policy. You can disconnect Drive in Darzivo, remove the app's access from your Google account settings, or delete Darzivo's hidden app data from Google Drive at any time.

Darzivo uses the internet only for these limited purposes:

• Google authorization and Drive — connecting your Drive, backing up, searching for backups, and restoring. Automatic backups run only when your records have changed.
• Google Play — opening the store listing when you choose to rate the app, and processing any subscription purchase through your Play account. Darzivo does not receive or store your payment-card details.

Darzivo has no sign-up, login, or user profile of its own. It contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, remote crash reporter, or behavioral tracker. We do not sell personal data and do not build advertising profiles.

Darzivo is a tool for recording details about the people your shop serves. You decide what customer information to enter and are responsible for collecting and using it lawfully. NexlyTech has no access to your customers' details.

• Notifications — optional, used for backup progress and a reminder when your records have not been backed up for several days.
• Internet — used only for Google Drive and Google Play as described above.

You can share a measurement card as an image or open a WhatsApp message to a customer. Darzivo prepares the content on your device and hands it to the app you choose. Nothing is sent until you confirm it, and the receiving app then applies its own policy.

Your records are stored in the app's private storage on your device. Delete records inside Darzivo when you no longer need them. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, subject to your device's normal operating-system behavior. Backups in your Google Drive remain until you delete them. We cannot recover deleted data because we never hold a copy.

Privacy laws may give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data held by a company. NexlyTech does not hold your Darzivo records or an account about you. Your data is already under your control on your device and in your Google Drive. You may contact us with privacy questions or lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Darzivo is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We do not transfer your shop records across borders. Google may store and process your Drive backups in its own data centers under its terms when you use Google Drive.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how data is handled will be communicated in the app before they take effect.
