Potion Pour
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Potion Pour is a puzzle game. It has no Potion Pour account and no NexlyTech server. Your progress is saved on your device, and optionally in your own Google Play Games saved games. The game shows ads and measures gameplay only after you are asked for consent where the law requires it.
Who We Are
Potion Pour is developed by NexlyTech ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles, who receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Potion Pour game published on Google Play under application ID dev.nexlytech.games.potionpour.
The Short Version
- Your levels, stars, coins, gems, boosters, and settings are saved on your device.
- If you are signed in to Google Play Games, a copy of your progress is kept in your Play Games saved games.
- Ads are served by Google AdMob.
- Gameplay statistics are sent to GameAnalytics, only after you give consent where the law requires it.
- Purchases are handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details.
- We do not sell personal data, and NexlyTech does not run a server that stores data about you.
Data Saved on Your Device
Potion Pour stores the following in the app's private storage:
- Level progress, stars, win streak, and the level you are currently playing
- Coins, gems, boosters, purchased items, and whether you have removed ads
- Story progress, town and shop state, and the Recipe Book
- Settings such as sound, music, haptics, and language
Google Play Games and Cloud Save
When you are signed in to Google Play Games on your device, Potion Pour signs in automatically and saves a copy of your progress as a Play Games saved game. This copy lets you restore your progress, including purchases such as removed ads, on a new phone. The saved game is stored by Google in the hidden app data area of your Google account, not on our servers. Potion Pour receives your Play Games player ID to link the saved game to you. Google handles this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Potion Pour is free to play and shows ads. You can choose to watch rewarded ads for items such as an extra undo, an extra flask, or coins, and some ads may appear between levels. Ads are served by Google AdMob.
AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads, in order to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, personalise them. Google acts under its own privacy policy; see how Google uses data in ads.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other places where it is required, the game shows Google's consent form before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options in the game. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings. Buying any bundle that removes ads stops ads between levels. Rewarded ads always stay optional.
Gameplay Analytics
With your consent, Potion Pour sends gameplay events to GameAnalytics so we can see which levels are too hard and improve the game. These events include level starts, wins and losses, stars, moves, undos and hints used, coins and gems earned and spent, and purchase and ad events, together with a device identifier, device model, operating system version, game version, and country derived from your IP address. Where consent is required and you have not given it, or you withdraw it, no analytics events are sent.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing under your Google account. Potion Pour receives a confirmation of what you bought so it can grant the item. We never receive your card or payment details.
Connectivity Check
To know whether you are online and to read the current date for daily rewards, the game sends a simple request to www.google.com/generate_204, or to cp.cloudflare.com/generate_204 if the first one fails. The request carries no game data. Like any web request, it reveals your IP address to the operator of that address.
Device Permissions
- Internet and network state — used for ads, analytics with consent, Play Games cloud save, purchases, and the connectivity check.
- Vibration — used for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in Settings.
- Google Play Billing — used to make in-app purchases.
Children
Potion Pour is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the game and data about them was collected, contact us and we will help remove it.
Data Retention and Deletion
Data on your device is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its storage. You can delete your Play Games saved game from your Google account settings. Analytics data is kept by GameAnalytics under its retention policy. To ask for analytics data linked to your device to be deleted, email us. Google keeps ad data under its own policies, and you can contact Google directly.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can withdraw ad and analytics consent from Settings → Privacy options in the game. For any other request, email us, or lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
International Data Transfers
Google and GameAnalytics may process data in countries other than your own, under safeguards described in their privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes to how data is handled will be shown in the game before they take effect.
